Founded in 2018 by Maylene Corry, Yoga with May was created to help people rediscover deep connection through assisted stretching, healing touch, and a supportive environment. Rooted in a human-centered philosophy, it embraces compassion in the healing process, the power of trust and connection, and the science of a positive mindset as keys to transformation. The Yoga with May system weaves together Ashtanga-based Yoga Flow, Yogassage, Budokon Yoga and Mobility, Bodyweight Conditioning, Meditation, Breathwork, and Longevity Practices, blending ancient wisdom with modern movement. With over 7 years of teaching experience in Cape Town and now based in Johannesburg, Maylene continues to expand awareness of how movement shapes the mind and nurtures the spirit — on a mission to transform lives through mindfulness, motion, and meaningful connection.

Yoga uses mindful movement and controlled breath to build strength, flexibility, and a powerful sense of self-awareness. Massage uses targeted manipulation of soft tissues to melt away stress and enhance physical recovery.
